Rita’s Farm is a certified organic family farm in Wallacia, NSW, with over 18 years of chemical-free farming (NCO Certified Organic #2746). They’re grounded in the belief that good food comes from hard work, care, and a deep respect for the land.

I was asked to design a logo and packaging system that reflected the honest, handmade nature of their produce and the joy of farm life. Working within the constraint of single-color printing, I created a visual ecosystem through hand-drawn illustrations that told the story from soil to harvest—highlighting the creatures, seeds, and people behind every box.

The project later expanded to include compostable packaging, reusable paper boxes, and stickers featuring the farm team. The boxes became a recognizable part of their customer experience—often reused, photographed, and shared online as part of Rita’s growing community.
